OBLAST NAUČNOG INTERESOVANJA
Laboratorijski i istraživački radovi u oblasti mikrobiologije hrane, kvaliteta mesa i mesnih proizvoda (uključujući uticaj ishrane na kvalitet mesa), pakovanja i rok trajanja, uloga mesa u ishrani ljudi i njegovog uticaja na ljudsko zdravlje. Takođe, deo istraživačkog rada zasniva se na ispitivanju bezbednosti i kvaliteta pčelinjih proizvoda (med, perga, polen, vosak, propolis itd).
