AREA OF SCIENTIFIC INTEREST

  • Laboratory and research related work in the field of food-borne diseases, food microbiology, meat and meat products quality (including effect of nutrition on meat quality), packaging and shelf life, role of meat in human diet and its impact on human health. Also, part of the research work is based on testing the safety and quality of bee products (honey, parchment, pollen, wax, propolis, etc.).
