Bezbednost hrane, mikrobiologija hrane i ispitivanje rezidua veterinarskih lekova  u hrani animalnog porekla.

Tehnološka mikrobiologija sa posebnim osvrtom na izolaciju i karakterizaciju bakterija mlečne kiseline i njihovu primenu  u izradi proizvoda od mesa i mleka.
