OBLAST NAUČNOG INTERESOVANJA

Kvalitet i masnokiselinski sastav namirnica biljnog i animalnog porekla: riba, meso i proizvoda od mesa, jaja, stočna hrana, mlečni proizvodi itd. Uticaj različitog načina ishrane na profil masnih kiselina kod namirnica animalnog porekla: ribe, mesa i proizvoda od mesa sa posebnim osvrtom na n-3 i n-6 polinezasićene masne kiseline.
