AREA OF SCIENTIFIC INTEREST
Quality and fatty acid composition of food stuffs of vegetable and animal origin: fish, meat and meat products, eggs, feed, dairy products, etc. The effect of different dietary habits on the fatty acid profile in the food of animal origin such as fish, meat and meat products with special reference to the n-3 and n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
