OBRAZOVANJE

1998 – 2005. Osnovne i master studije na Fakultetu Veterinarske medicine u Beogradu. Stečeno zvanje: Doktor Veterinarske medicine (DVM) i Master veterinarskih nauka (Mr sci. vet.). Osnovno polje interesovanja: Veterinarska medicina i Tehnologija hrane, specifično polje interesovanja: Bezbednost hrane i tehnologije proizvodnje proizvoda od mesa. Prosečna ocena 8,35
2007 – 2014. Doktorske studije na Fakultetu Veterinarske medicine u Beogradu. Stečeno zvanje: Doktor Veterinarskih nauka (PhD). Osnovno plje interesovanja: Veterinarska medicina. Specifično polje interesovanja: Tehnologija hrane. Naslov doktorske disertacije: ,,Učestalost nalaza Salmonella spp na trupovima brojlera i značaj za bezbednost hrane’’. Disertacija odbranjena 17. jula 2014. godina, pri čemu su stečena 180 ESBP poena, dok je prosečna ocean studiranja bila 9,13.
2016 – 2017. Specijalističke studije na Fakultetu Veterinarske medicine u Beogradu. Stečeno zvanje: Doktor Veterinarskih nauka, specijalista higijene i tehnologije hrane (Spec. vet. med.). Osnovno polje interesovanja: Bezbednost trane i tehnologija proizvodnje proizvoda od mesa. Specifično polje interesovanja: postupak obrade toplotom pri proizvodnji proizvoda od mesa (sagledavanje postupaka optimizacije pasterizacije i sterilizacije). Završni ispit je odbranjen 22. septembra 2017. godine, pri čemu su stečena 60 ESBP poena, sa prosečnom ocenom 10,00
2017 – 2018. Uže specijalističke studije na Fakultetu Veterinarske medicine u Beogradu. Stečeno zvanje Doktor Veterinarskih nauka, specijalista higijene i tehnologije hrane (Spec. vet. med.) iz uže oblasti Bezbednosti hrane i proizvodnje prozvoda od mesa.

ISTRAŽIVAČKO ISKUSTVO

Objavio je preko 60 naučnih radova u međunarodnim i domaćim naučnim i stručnim časopisima. Recenzent domaćih i stranih naučnih časopisa i projekata.

OSTALE AKTIVNOSTI

Kao predavač aktivno učestvuje u obukama zaposlenih radnika, tehnologija u industriji mesa u Srbiji. Zatim aktivno učestvuje u rešavanju bezbednosnih i tehnoloških problema u domaćim i stranim industrijama koje se bave proizvodnjom svežeg mesa i proizvoda od mesa

Član je NALED-a (Organizacije za lokalni ekonomski razvoj)
Član je programskih i organizacionih odbora više međunarodnih konferencija koje je organizovao Institut za higijenu i tehnologiju mesa (57th, 58th, 59th International Meat Industry Conference (MEATCON)
Učesnik u radu Sekcije za higijenu i tehnologiju namirnica životinjskog porekla Veterinarskog fakulteta na čijim sastancima se razmatraju aktuelna pitanja u mesnoj industriji i aktuelna zakonska regulativa (kvalitet mesnih prerađevina i kvalitet jaja).

 

OBLAST NAUČNOG INTERESOVANJA

Konsultant u klanicama i objektima za preradu mesa. Snimanje i sagledavanje tehnoloških operacija na liniji klanja, optimizacija termičke obrade (pasterizacija i sterilizacija) u proizvodnji mesnih proizvoda, prevalencija Salmonella spp na živinskom mesu, optimizacija HACCP sistema za subjekte u poslovanju hranom
– Prevalencija Salmonella spp na trupovima (goveda, svinje i živina) sa aspekta poboljšanja higijene procesa proizvodnje trupova i obezbeđenja bezbednosti mesa i mesnih prerađevina
– Kontrola, praćenje i optimizacija procesa termičke obrade (pasterizacija, kuvanje i sterilizacija) u proizvodnji mesnih proizvoda
– Snimanje i pregled tehnoloških operacija na liniji klanja (goveda, ovce, svinje i živina), uz aktivnu obuku osoblja klanice
– Razmatranje i rešavanje postojećih tehnoloških problema u proizvodnji mesa i mesnih prerađevina
– Optimizacija sistema osiguranja bezbednosti hrane (HACCP) za subjekte u poslovanju sa hranom
– Analiza rizika u proizvodnji mesa i mesnih prerađevina
– Pomoć u izradi i koncipiranju plana samokontrole subjekata u poslovanju hranom, u skladu sa važećom zakonskom regulativom
– Pružanje obuke za stručno osoblje, HACCP tim i zaposlene po temama: HACCP sistem, Preduslovi: Dobra higijenska praksa (GHP), Dobra proizvodna praksa (GMP), Standardne operativne procedure (SOP), Standardne sanitarne operativne procedure (SSOP), Životinje Dobrobit, toplotna obrada i mnoge druge teme.
– Pomoć u pogledu svih aspekata rada kontrolne laboratorije i izrade deklaracija proizvoda u skladu sa zahtevima.
