OBLAST NAUČNOG INTERESOVANJA

Mikrobiološka bezbednost hrane i hrane za životinje, kroz koncept od “farme do viljuške“ i ocena rizika patogenih mikroorganizama za zdravlje ljudi kroz LISA koncept. Izrada generičkih modela za preduslovne programe (GMP/GHP) i HACCP planova u mesnoj industriji. Mikrobiologija hrane i hrane za životinje, brze metode detekcije patogena, procena rizika od patogenih mikroorganizama (E. coli O157, Yersinia, Salmonella, Staph aureus)

Razrada, validacija, verifikacija i primena metoda u mikrobiološkom radu  u cilju ispitivanja mikrobioloških, mikoloških i mikotoksikoloških kontaminacija hrane i hrane za životinje, procena rezidua, histamina, kontaminenata koji potiču iz životne sredine, uticaj ishrane na zdravstvenu ispravnost  i kvalitet, uz primenu evropskih i nacionalnih propisa.
