‘Mikrofluidna komora sa integrisanim elektrodama biosenzora za istovremenu detekciju odabranih biomarkera`
Pronalazak rešava problem višestruke simultane kvantitativne detekcije različitih bioloških markera, biomolekula, hormona i/ili patogenih mikroorganizama prisutnih u tragovima u kliničkim uzorcima (npr. krv, feces) ili kontaminiranoj hrani ili uzorku vode, eliminišući uticaj merne greške uz visoku senzitivnost i specifičnost detekcije.
Mikrofluidni biosenzor je uređaj koji omogućava ispitivanje koje se izvodi odmah, na licu mesta (Point-of-Care/POC) i `Laboratorija na čipu` (Lab-On-A-Chip /LOC) visokog kvaliteta zahvaljujući integraciji zlatnih elektroda funkcionalizovanih sa aptamerima/antitelima što omogućava visoku senzitivnost i specifičnost za pouzdanu kvantitativnu detekciju odabranih biomarkera relevantnih za zdravlje životinja, dobrobit životinja i bezbednost hrane u kontinuumu od farme do viljuške (F2F).
Pronalazak je namenjen farmerima koji žele da prate zdravstveni status i dobrobit životinja (detekcija biomarkera opšteg zdravstvenog stanja i dobrobiti životinja); subjektima u poslovanju hranom koji žele da kontrolišu proces proizvodnje (detekcija alimentarnih patogena tokom prerade, skladištenja i distribucije hrane), ocenjuju svoje dobavljače (nivo biosigurnosti na farmi) i ispune zakonske zahteve (higijena proizvodnog procesa i kriterijumi za bezbednost hrane); nadležne organe (veterinarska inspekcija) i ocenjivače kojima je neophodno ispitivanje koje se izvodi odmah (POC testing) and `Laboratorija na čipu` (LOC device) za terensku primenu kako bi realizovali ranu i tačnu dijagnostiku na farmi, u klanici, preradi mesa (hrane), u maloprodaji; maloprodajnim lancima koji žele da prate/kontrolišu bezbednost proizvoda tokom njihovog roka trajanja; potrošačima koji žele da provere status bezbednosti hrane; u biomedicini za potrebe personalizovane medicine (detekcija odabranih parametara krvi i sadržaja intestinalnog trakta, tumor biomarkera, testiranja lekova); u monitoringu životne sredine (detekcija kontaminenata).
