  • Research of the safety of food of animal origin, and animal feed: the determination of additives in food and feed.
  • Research of residues of antibiotics, residues of veterinary drugs and mycotoxins in food and feed.
  • Analysis of the presence of allergens in the dietary products and other foods.
  • Investigation of the microbiological status of fermented sausages during the technological production process.
