Area of scientific interest:
Research of the safety of food of animal origin, and animal feed: the determination of residues of antibiotics, residues of veterinary drugs and mycotoxins. Analysis of the presence of allergens in the dietary products and other foods. Investigation of the microbiological status of fermented sausages during the technological production process.
