AREA OF SCIENTIFIC INTEREST

Toxoplasma gondii – presence in the food chain (especially pork), analysis of risk factors for infection on pig farms in Serbia, consideration of places of contamination of the food chain, risk assessment of food safety as well as consideration of possibilities for reducing the presence T. gondii in the pig meat production chain.
