2022 – Successfully completed and passed the test within the training for: Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8: Internal Auditor. Standard requirements and rules for internal audits based on ISO 19011:2018.

Hygiene, safety, and quality of food of animal origin; Meat hygiene and technology; Good Hygienic Practice (GHP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP); Microbiological process hygiene; Animal welfare; Animal feed safety. 

 

PROJECTS

During the period from 2018 to 2024, participated in 17 innovation projects through public calls of the Innovation Fund. He was the project leader on 5 projects, while on other projects he participated as a team member:

  • Project title: Improvement/Enhancement of shelf life and assessment of average nutritional value for dairy products produced in a traditional manner at „Kačarević“ dairy in Mionica; record number 84; project duration: 6 months.
