Laboratory for biotechnological research and control of food safety and quality

Control of food safety and quality is carried out in the Laboratory for biotechnological research and control of food safety and quality. Laboratory tests on samples consist of microbiological, parasitological, immune-enzymatic, molecular biological, physical-chemical, chemical and sensory tests depending on the type of food and include all tests specified by regulations on health and quality regulations with which certain foods must comply.
