This year, as in previous years, the Institute for Hygiene and Meat Technology will take an active part in the upcoming 66th International Technical Fair from May 21st to 24th, 2024 by presenting the project “Development and integration of multiplex microfluidic biosensors for meat safety monitoring” in the farm-slaughterhouse continuum (DIBMES)”.
The International Fair of Techniques and Technical Achievements is the oldest technical and technological exhibition manifestation in this part of Europe, specialized in the field of production technologies and a place for exchanging business ideas, experiences, promotion, innovations and new technologies.
Organized for the first time in year 1937 and is a witness of history and a flywheel of development. Almost all large fairs have developed from this one.
