AREA OF SCIENTIFIC INTEREST

Developing procedures for faster and more reliable identification of pathogens in products of animal origin. Defining the significance of veterinary-sanitary measures, epidemiological monitoring, as well as European and national legislation in the process of obtaining safe food. Studying possibilities of application of different technological procedures and processes for the purpose of manufacturing of healthy and safe food.
