Development of procedures for faster and more reliable identification of pathogenic micro-organisms, the remains of contaminants from the environment and veterinary drug residues, at the same time a precise definition of the importance of veterinary sanitation measures, ongoing epidemiological monitoring, both European and national legislation in the process of obtaining of safe food
