Sensory evaluation “Serbian sausages”

Serbian Chamber of Commerce has invited representatives of the meat industry in Serbia to take part in the first competition for the best Serbian sausage manufactured using the meat from local farms, in order to improve the competitiveness of domestic producers and build the brand. Organized by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, in the premises of the Institute of Meat Hygiene and Technology, on 26 December  2016, starting at 11 am, sensory evaluation will be organized of the “Serbian sausage” prepared according to the special recipe, with a desire to obtain meat product that would be representative of the Serbian meat industry and its innovative features. This new product should be of the best quality in the group of cooked sausages and could be labeled “Serbian Qaulity” in accordance with the regulation that applies to all food products.
